Activating a New Staff Device

Using the FlyBuy Staff App

1. Download the FlyBuy Staff App from the ​Google Play Store​ and launch the app on your device.
2. The activation code will display on the blue screen that appears and will be valid for 12 hours (ex. VAMFVN45)
3. Navigate to the Merchant Portal as an authorized user to link the FlyBuy Staff app to a site. Click “Activated Dashboards” → “Activate New Device” and enter your code to activate.

Using a web browser

1. Navigate to ​flybuy.radiusnetworks.com/activate
2. The activation code will display on the blue screen that appears, and will be valid for 12 hours (ex. VAMFVN45)
3. Navigate to the Merchant Portal as an authorized user to link to a site.
4. Click “Activated Dashboards” → “Activate New Device” and enter your code to activate.
