Complete, delay, and/or cancel any order through the staff dashboard.
How to Complete an Order
- Once a pick-up order has been delivered to the customer, find then select the just-delivered order on the dashboard and mark it as “complete” using the right side pop-up bar (see example below).
- Completing orders sends a ‘thank you message’ to the customer, so do not complete the order until the order has been delivered to the customer.
- Completed orders will disappear from the dashboard right away.
How to Delay an Order
- If a pick-up order is not ready to be delivered to the customer due to operational delay, find then select the delayed order on the dashboard and mark as “delay” using the right side pop-up bar. (see example below)
- Delayed orders will remain on the dashboard and the order/status will show “delayed”. (see example below) The customer will receive an optional pre-configured "delayed order" message.
- If a customer has been waiting for more than 2 minutes onsite, the order will turn red.
How to Cancel an Order
- If a pick-up order is being cancelled, find then select the order on the dashboard and mark as “cancel” using the right side pop-up bar. (see example below)
- Cancelled orders will disappear from the dashboard right away.
