You do not need to take any action to complete an order if you have location services turned on. If you do not want to allow FlyBuy to have location access, please manually notify the crew upon your arrival using the “I’M HERE” button on the order screen. For more information on how location services are being used, please reference the “Location Data” article.
- Open the FlyBuy app.
- Tap “I’M HERE”. FlyBuy has notified the crew of your arrival, and you will see a welcome message. Tap OK.
- Park anywhere on the lot. Someone will be out shortly!
- When you have received your order, tap I’M ALL DONE.
- You can access your order history on the main page under Previous Orders
