The RadBeacon X4 supports more transmission types than our other beacons. iBeacon, AltBeacon, Eddystone UID, Eddystone URL, and Eddystone EID are all supported.
Note: Our other beacons do not support Eddystone EID.
The RadBeacon X4 ships with iBeacon advertisements enabled and all other advertisement types disabled. This configuration can be changed through the use of the RadBeacon apps for iOS, Android or OS X. Simply follow the instructions here to configure your beacon.
